UPDATE: The Georgetown Area Car Club Annual Car Show and Charity Benefit has been rescheduled to May 15 due to the forecasted rain and thunder.
The Georgetown Texas Area Car Club is hosting its 14th Annual Car Show & Charity Benefit on May 1!
Featuring a wide array of over 200 cars, ranging from vintage models to modern-day Corvettes, the display will be held in the Sun City Social Center parking lot. There will be a judged show with 42 or more classes and awards to the top 3 in each class. Special awards will include Best in Show, Best Exterior, Interior, Engine and Long Distance.
Visitors can also enjoy raffles, food, vendors, music and clean indoor restrooms! Spectators can attend for free, and those wanting to enter a car into the show must pay a $25 entry fee. Pre-registration is mandatory and there will be no day-of-event registration.
The day’s schedule is as follows:
- Check-In: 8 AM – 10 AM
- Judging: 10:30 AM – 1:30 PM
- Awards: 3 PM

Proceeds from the show provide scholarships to students from East View and Georgetown high schools who are in the automotive technology discipline. Students have the option to continue automotive technology with their scholarship funds or pursue other fields of interest.
The event will follow CDC guidelines, all in attendance are asked to maintain 6 feet social distancing and wear a mask.
