Preservation Georgetown to Resume Normal Office Hours May 6th

Preservation Georgetown has announced they will resume normal office hours beginning Thursday, May 6th.

“We are tickled pink to announce that Preservation Georgetown is BACK,” the organization wrote. ‘Well, we never really left…but after more than a year of Grace Heritage Center (our office!) being closed, the City has agreed to reopen (with safety measures of course)!”

Starting May 6, the organization will be open Thursdays and Fridays from 9 AM to 5 PM.

“Kris will be in the office at that time so come say hello (bring your mask),” the organization said. “And if you’re ready to start (or resume) your docent experience at GHC keep an eye out for a SignUp Genius email coming VERY soon! Or…if you can’t wait…send an email to PreservationGeorgetown@gmail.com and we’ll get you signed up.”

Preservation Georgetown also told Hello Georgetown they plan on hosting public enrichment events on selected Saturdays.
