12/8/2021 – The Garden at the Summit is officially open in Georgetown!
“Inspired by the North End, The Garden at The Summit is reminiscent of historical Italian communities in the Boston area,” Chris Meroff, Owner of The Garden at the Summit, told Hello Georgetown. “Our New England-influenced beer garden will serve Boston Italian seafood, crafted by Executive Chef Tim Lane, in a casual dining environment.”
Chef Lane spent nearly a decade perfecting his culinary craft in Rome, Italy before returning to the United States to fulfil his dream of bringing classic Italian cooking to Austin. Chef Lane successfully launched the sister location, The Garden at Ellera, in Bee Cave last year, before coming to this new location in Georgetown. The Garden at the Summit will also serve an array of craft beer, wine and handcrafted cocktails.
““With the exceptional work of Chef Lane, I’m able to bring a rare Boston-style Italian twist on outdoor dining to my local community of Georgetown,” said Owner Chris Meroff. “We have created a stunning outdoor setting for family and friends to gather and enjoy fresh seafood, Roman-style pizza, signature pasta, craft beers and more under the Texas sky. We can’t wait to show guests what true New England dining is like right here in Georgetown.”
The restaurant is located at 1500 Rivery Blvd, Suite 2175 in Georgetown, and is celebrating their grand opening week through December 12th with 50% off pizzas, caesar salads, selection appetizers (mozzarella carozza) from 11 Am to 5 PM every day. The Grand opening also includes an all week happy hour from 4 PM to 6 PM including $6 Persefone & Garden signature cocktails.

6/30/2021 – The Garden at The Summit at Rivery is coming to Georgetown!
“The Garden at the Summit, coming this fall to The Summit at Rivery Park in Georgetown, Texas is a casual dining Italian restaurant serving food inspired by the Boston Italian neighborhood of the North End,” Novak Brothers told Hello Georgetown. “The Garden’s menu will include crab cakes, lobster rolls, pasta, crispy roman pizzas and much more.”

Currently projected to be open in late fall 2021, The Garden at The Summit will be the company’s second location. One other location is located in Bee Cave, Texas.
“We are so excited about our newest location in The Summit at Rivery Park,” says Chris Meroff, owner of MSB Hospitality Group. “Being a Georgetown resident, I was eager to bring the dining experience I know and love to the area. I’m rooted in the belief that great food creates an experience where people can truly foster community with one another.”
