Update 1/5/19 – We know you are looking forward to Georgetown’s new coffee shop, 309 Coffee!
We have just spoken with the owners and they are finishing up the space in the next week or two and then just waiting for the health dept to give them their final inspection. And, they are still hopeful that they will be open this month!
Update 12/16/18 – We spoke with 309 Coffee and they are hopeing to be open in January.
Update 11/28/18 – Went by 309 Coffee yesterday and took some interior pictures. Check out all the cool old wood they have uncovered inside the house! We also found out the space will be used for Church on Sundays.

Update 8/27/18 – We caught up with 309 Coffee and learned that they are are thinking their opening date will be late fall, they’re making a lot of progress on the construction front.
They will actually be offering a new local roaster, more details to come!
What makes them different? “Our vision is just to be a community hub where everyone feels welcome and known, but where they can also get a GREAT cup of coffee.”
Update 2/12/18 – There’s a new Coffee Company coming to Georgetown! It’s 309 Coffee; the building is rezoned and they are getting ready to serve up some great coffee.
They’ll be located at 309 S. Main Street Georgetown, Texas. Map below.
We were able to get some details from one of the owners, Christina Woodall..
“309 Coffee aims to offer the best coffee experience in Georgetown. We will major on espresso and espresso based drinks, accompanied with pastries and other food items.
“We are working hard to create a space where people will want to come and stay for a while, a place to help foster community in Georgetown. We will have a lot of outdoor seating, a play area for kids, and lots of comfy spaces inside.
“We are hoping to be open 7am-10pm, perhaps closing a little earlier during the week, maybe a little later on the weekend. We’re still working out the details, but we do want to be a space for people to gather past 8pm.”
309 Coffee is owned by 3 families; Tyler and Christina Woodall, Steven and Lyndsey Testone, and Karen and David Melles.
