M&M Horse Ranch positions: Horse Barn Assistant and Horse Instructor or Intern Riding program.
Pre-Training is required for all positions.
- Part-time riding instructors/trainers (Year-Round) experienced in Western disciplines (cow work, barrel racing, western, etc.).
- If you need more training or are not qualified, we will recommend our (Intern Ride Program)
- Part-time Intern Riding Program. (Year-Round)
- Training & volunteer: Benefits are credits earned toward practice ride times or lessons.
- Ranch Summer Counselor Position: No horseback riding experience necessary, but must be comfortable being around horses & outdoors.
