Alta Austin Avenue Apartments is coming to Georgetown!
The apartment complex, located at 2601 North Austin Avenue, will feature 312 apartment homes and best-in-class amenities, Wood Partners said.
“Resident amenities will lead the Class A market with a luxurious clubroom, 24/7 fitness center, business center with micro-office spaces and conference room, expansive entertaining spaces, an outdoor kitchen, dog park and resort-style swimming pool. All common areas will also feature Wi-Fi,” according to Wood Partners.
The project broke ground in January 2021 and is expected to be complete Winter 2021.
