Georgetown is home to Texas’ first university, Southwestern University! In addition to their great academics, they also have great athletics!
The Southwestern University Women’s Basketball season has begun and this year is captained by Senior Taylor Carney, Lauren Fulenwider, and Junior Reese Sandercock.
Southwestern’s Women’s Basketball team has one of the best shooters in the nation Lauren Fulenwider. Lauren finished 3rd in nation with 44 made 3s last year.
All games are free and they will be sure to be the toughest team on the floor.
