Comedy at the Clubhouse is returning to Central Texas Mini Golf on December 9th!
“Featuring thee local, talented and very funny comedians for 90 minutes of comedy,” Central Texas Mini Golf said.
This upcoming show will feature local comedians Symply Courtney, Brandi Davis, and David Mascorro:
Symply Courtney
A comic, storyteller and beat boxer who has performed all over Texas in comedy clubs, bars, churches, community centers, a gun store, and even a train. He can also be seen performing with the award-winning improv group Sugar, Water, Purple.
Courtney effortlessly weaves social commentary and quirky personal anecdotes about fatherhood and growing up with a unisex name. Courtney’s onstage poise and playful off-the-cuff interactions with audience members leave the crowd feeling like they just spent the evening with their (really funny) best friend.
Brandi Davis
Brandi Davis is an Austin based comedian whose humor is quirky, queer, and just the right amount of self deprecating. She has performed at various venues throughout Austin including the Velveeta Room and Cap City Comedy Club. When she’s not on stage, you can catch her eating Captain Crunch for dinner and desperately trying to pet other people’s dogs.
David Mascorro
David Mascorro is a Austin based comedian who’s quickly becoming one of the most sought after stand-ups in the USA. His infectious energy, natural charisma, and trademark style make each of his performances an unforgettable experience. The son of Mexican immigrants, Mascorro trained as an improviser at both the Annoyance Theater and Second City in Chicago. His unique upbringing and improv background allow him to craft vibrant, personal stories with energetic delivery and unrelenting punchlines. While his last name may be hard to pronounce, it’s never difficult for an audience to relate to David’s honed point of view. Mascorro has been featured on the Bridgetown Comedy Festival, produces several shows and podcasts.
