The City of Georgetown has provided another update about curbside debris pick up for March 23.
Read the full update from the city below:
βπΏ If you live in the city limits of Georgetown, had natural debris on the curb by March 8, and still have multiple brush piles on your street, youβre more than likely on the list of streets we know we havenβt been able to get to yet. If your debris was not out on the curb by March 8, we cannot guarantee we will pick it up as part of this quality-check work
π· If your debris that has been out on the curb since March 8 is not picked up yet, youβre likely in an area we havenβt been able to visit yet. Crews are working to pick up debris as quickly as possible. Through Friday, March 19, we had picked up more than 9,900 cubic yards of materials. We appreciate your continued patience.
πAs of Tuesday morning, some areas where πCity crews are still working include but are not limited to π portions of the following:
- Georgetown Crossing
- Riverview Drive
- Katy Crossing
- River Ridge
- River Ridge 3
- Area between San Gabriel Heights and River Ridge
- Pinnacle Park
- Sun City
- Old Town
- Wildwood
- Woodlake Subdivision
β If you notice you are the only one on your street with limbs, there is a chance we already visited your street and arenβt collecting there anymore. As part of our quality check, the neighborhoods listed below have been serviced, and crews will not return. πIf you still have debris but are in one of the following areas please keep reading for additional options π.
- Berry Creek
- Reserve at Berry Creek
- Serenada
- Georgetown Village
- Estrella Crossing
- Heritage Oaks
- River Chase
If you still have debris, here are some options:
π’Georgetown solid waste customers who still have tree limb debris can drop it off at the Transfer Station, 250 W.L. Walden Drive, for $8.25 per cubic yard. There is no limit to how much customers can drop off.
