March 3, 2023 – Alouette Bistro is coming to Georgetown, TX!
The new bistro will be located inside Lark & Owl Booksellers located at 205 W 6th St Suite 101.
“We are more than excited to bring the community a new, fresh take on the bistro inside Lark & Owl,” the business said. “Our new chefs are planning a unique menu featuring breakfast bites, lunch salads and sandwiches, tasty evening nibbles and, of course, delectable desserts. Yes, there will be a full coffee program, natural wines and cocktails inspired by literary themes.”
Alouette Bistro is being funded in part by a Kickstarter campaign, with a goal to raise $28,000 in 28 days, the business said.

“Alouette Bistro is on track to open very soon, but we could use some community support to launch this project,” according to Lark & Owl Booksellers website. “We are raising funds to reboot the bistro and launch it early this spring with new management, new menus, new branding and a new look.”
