March 3, 2023 –Β City Lights is closer to its name change and grand reopening!
The auditoriums have been renovated with new heated, luxury recliners and their brand new arcade is officially open as well, Schulman Theatres told Hello Georgetown.
Demolition has started for the space that will eventually become the restaurant, bar, axe throwing and duck bowling areas, the company added, and those renovations are projected to be complete by summer. Shortly after, the theatre will celebrate its name change and re-opening.
During all of these renovations, the theatre is still open for business and is still showing movies. See what’s currently showing at https://georgetown.citylightstheatres.com/.
