Cookie Co. Open in Georgetown!

March 21, 2022 – Cookie Co. is officially open in Georgetown!

“Come on out and give us a try,” Beverly Querin, owner of the Georgetown location, told Hello Georgetown. “I think you’ll really enjoy our cookies. We have great staff and we can’t wait to serve you!”

The company is located next to Spa Luxe at 1500 Rivery Blvd in Georgetown.

March 14, 2022 – Cookie Co. is coming to Georgetown!

Owned and operated by Beverly Querin, the shop will be located at 1500 Rivery Blvd Ste 310 and will serve cookies of all kinds!

“We use real butter, real sugar, real eggs, all of our ingredients are pure.” Beverly Querin told Hello Georgetown. “[The signature] chocolate chip cookie weighs seven ounces, so it’s going to last you a while. In addition to chocolate chip, we will have three other flavors each week that rotates. We have about 78 cookies in our lineup right now.”

Cookie Co. is based out of Redlands, California, but each franchise is owned and operated locally. Querin said she is excited to bring these cookies to Georgetown, Texas.

“It’s very important to the franchise to be involved in the community, to give back,” Querin said. “That’s where my heart is too, and I can’t think of a better community because that’s what Georgetown is all about. They support each other. They give back. I want people to be able to come into my shop and feel like not only are they leaving with the best cookie in town, but they are feeling good about their experience. They’ve been greeted by happy, smiley people and it’s just going to be a fun environment.”

The first cookies to premiere in Georgetown will be the signature chocolate chip, M&M, French toast and sea salt caramel. After that, new flavors will rotate throughout the shop each week.

“I think coming out of the pandemic, I’m just craving building community,” Querin said. “I think that a lot of people feel that way…we’re going to get a lot of people that come in our door. I hope to recognize them, I hope to know their name, I hope to know their pets names. I just want to build community.”
