Interested in mastering the art of pressure canning? Texas A&M AgriLife Williamson County is hosting a workshop designed to take the apprehension out of using pressure canners, perfect for anyone wanting to safely preserve homemade chicken stock.

The cost is $35, which covers all supplies needed to prepare and process your jar of chicken stock. Bring your own pressure canner for a safety check, and leave with your canned goods and helpful educational materials.
