Georgetown, Texas, October 30, 2023 – Celebrate 175 Years with Three-Legged Willie Presentation
As the celebration of Georgetown’s 175th birthday continues, Preservation Georgetown invites you to the “Robert McAlpin Williamson, Texas Renaissance Man – Lawyer, Judge and Revolutionary Firebrand” presentation on Wednesday, November 8, at 6:30 pm at Grace Heritage Center.
📌 Grace Heritage Center is located at 817. S. Main Street in Georgetown.
The presentation, offered by Bryan McAuley, Site Manager at San Felipe State Historic Site, will focus on tales of the county’s namesake, Robert McAlpin Williamson. This is the last of the presentations highlighting the 175th anniversary of the founding of the city and Williamson County sponsored by Preservation Georgetown.
Free and open to the public, refreshments will be served at the event. Doors open at 6 pm.
