The Georgetown Parks and Recreation Department has announced 2022 Sunset Movie Series lineup!
This year’s series will include:
- Friday, June 10: Raya and the Last Dragon
- Friday, July 15: Hook
- Friday, August 12: Encanto
“Georgetown Parks and Recreation’s Sunset Movie Series is a free summer film series,” the department said. “Bring a blanket or chairs, some snacks and enjoy the family movies we have scheduled this summer. Come out early for free popcorn and activities! All movies will begin at dusk, around 8:30 p.m.”
In the event of predicted weather conditions that would be too wet or unsafe, movies may be canceled. Cancellations will be decided by 2 PM on the day of the event and notice will be posted on the department’s website, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
