The Georgetown Public Library has announced patrons will be able to reserve their Book Club in a Bag kits online starting May 9!
The reservations will be available directly through the library’s catalog, and the library says the kits can be accessed through the following steps:
- Go to the library catalog page and click Library of Things at the very bottom of the page (or click here)
- Log in to the catalog using your library barcode (on the back of your library card) and your phone number beginning with the area code (no spaces or dashes are needed)
- Find a title you like and click “Reserve this Item”
- Select your Target Pickup Date and click “Place Reserve”! You’ll be notified once the bag is ready to pick up.
Checkout periods are the same, the library said, Book Club in a Bag is due 6 weeks from the selected pickup date. You can view or cancel your Book Club in a Bag reservations at any time by logging into your library account and clicking on “Reserves/Requests”.
