On Tuesday, August 16th, the public is invited to attend a new Chamber Circle focused on the Asian community and working with Asian owned businesses.
“This Chamber Circle focuses on inspiring those in the Asian community or those that want to work with Asian owned businesses to come together and find synergies that result in positive growth for the businesses, customers, and Georgetown. We are partnering with the Greater Austin Asian Chamber of Commerce to bring greater Asian focused resources to the group,” according to the event. “The target audience for this group is two tiered. One, any Asian owner of a business in Georgetown (or the greater GTX area) Two, anyone interested in learning the ways to support Asian owned businesses or gain help in working with Asian owned businesses.”
According to the Georgetown Chamber of Commerce, Chamber Circles are small groups with shared or common interests in business, are free to attend, and are open to the public regardless of membership status in the Chamber. This first meeting will be held at Wang Architects at 608 E. University in Georgetown, TX at 2 PM. The meeting locations will change meeting to meeting, so those interested in attending regularly should verify meeting locations ahead of time.
