On October 18 and 19, the Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service β Williamson County will host an organic growers conference in Georgetown, TX.
The conference will cover the fundamentals of organic farming and how to become a certified organic grower, the organization said. The cost is $50 and preregistration is required.

The organic growers conference will be held at Williamson County EMS, 3189 S.E. Inner Loop from 1:30 PM β 5:30 PM on Oct. 18 and 8:30 AM β 5 PM on Oct. 19.
