Starting in September, the Texas A&M Agrilife Extension Office will be hosting an 8-week class called “Step Up & Scale Down”.
“Are you interested in making some small changes towards a healthier lifestyle,” the organization said. “We have a great program for you! Using USDA dietary guidelines and evidence-based research, in just 8 weeks you can find the path to help you maintain a healthier weight, stay active, and reduce your risk for chronic disease.”
Classes will start on September 20 and will be held every Tuesday through November 8 at 100 Wilco Way, Room 205 in Georgetown, TX. The cost is$60 and seats are limited, so those interested are encouraged to sign up quickly.
