Williamson County Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service to Host “Lawn and Garden 201 ” Series

Are you new to Central Texas and interested in gardening?  Or just want to learn more about how to take care of your lawn and garden?  Join us for a four-week Lawn & Garden 201 class presented by the Williamson County Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service! The class will be held on Tuesday evenings from 6-8 pm starting August 30, 2022.

Session topics and speakers include:

• August 30: Fall Vegetable Gardening, Patty Leander, Travis County Master Gardener
• September 6: Growing Fruits and Nuts, Kate Whitney, Williamson County Horticulture Extension Agent
• September 13: Composting, Tommy King, Williamson County Master Gardener
• September 20: Tree Care & Diseases, Camile Wiseman, Texas A&M Forest Service

The class will be held at the Williamson County Extension Office at 100 Wilco Way, Georgetown.  The cost for the full series is $45, or you can register for individual classes at $15 per class.
