Sponsorship Opportunities – From the City
Local organizations and businesses are welcome to participate in our Halloween Festival. This community event has had 2,000+ participants in past years and it gets bigger each year!

The goal is to provide fun and safe activities for children in our community. There are two ways to get involved:

Carnival Booths – Make some extra cash for your organization and have some fun! Carnival booths will be located inside the Community Center and can consist of a game, contest, food sales, or any other great idea you might have.

Please plan your booth around the interests and abilities of children. Booths accept tickets, which participants will buy from the Parks and Recreation Department for 25¢ each. Games/activities/refreshments cost 1 or more tickets.

Your organization will be paid full value for each ticket you collect at the end of the event. There is a $35 fee for food/refreshment booths and a $25 fee for all other booths.

Trick or Treat Village Georgetown Halloween – Back again this year is a Trick-or-Treat Village, a free activity for children and families. Businesses set up stations outside the Community Center.

There is a $15 fee to host a station, plus the cost of providing 1,000 pieces of candy for trick-or-treaters. Send a maximum of 4 representatives (over the age of 18, please) for the entire event (5pm – 7:30 pm).

Decorate your table and your staff for Halloween, put out displays and information, and distribute promotional items to event-goers, along with the candy. The Trick-or-Treat Village is extremely popular and a great way to gain exposure for your business!

Georgetown Parks and Recreation staff must approve all booths/stations. Carnival booth ideas will be reserved on a first come, first served basis, and in order to provide a nice variety we will not allow duplicated ideas.

Please complete and return the 2019 Halloween Festival Reservation Form as soon as possible.

Volunteering – The city is also looking for volunteers for the event, both individuals and groups are welcome. Please contact Melissa Trahan-Pecorino at 512.930.8459 or melissa.pecorino@georgetown.org.
