2/6/20 Update – From the Williamson County Sun. – How Fun is This!? The new mural at Gus’s Drugs is going to be painted by the community, led by local Artist Sarah Blankenship!
If you are interested in participating you’ll want to signup to reserve your spot.
The Painting Party will be from 10am until 6pm on March 4th thru March 15th. (12 days.)
Participation is limited. 2 or 4 hour painting time blocks available. And of course, all of this is weather permitting.

The beautiful new mural coming to the downtown area is pretty big, it will span the entire west side of the Gus’s Drug building on University.

It’s not possible to see the details in the picture but we learned from an article from the Community Impact that each letter in the word Georgetown will be symbolic of certain Georgetown attractions. Here’s the run down of the images;

G – Field of Honor
E – Shotgun House
