Here’s Our Georgetown Halloween Guide for 2019
One of the things we love about Georgetown is that there’s always something to do with friends! And Halloween 2019 is no exception.

Halloween Festival at St. John’s UMC – Thursday October 31st, 2019 – You’re invited to come enjoy the festivities at the St. John’s UMC Halloween Festival! They will be offering two hours of fun with Trick or Treating (so wear your costume), Games, Prizes and Food!
Carnival at Wolf Ranch – October 31st through November 9th, 2019 – Carnival features include carnival rides, a midway, kiddie rides, and food. The area is clean, well lit and has places to sit and rest. Come hungry ’cause there’s plenty of food.
BENEATH A Cave Horror Film – Wednesday, October 30th, 2019 – BENEATH, A Cave Horror Film was filmed entirely in our own Inner Space Cavern. This film was an Official Selection and Best Texas Film Winner at the 2019 GTX Film Festival in April. The movie was written, directed, and produced by JJ Perez of Round Rock. Employees Were Used As Cast Members!
Spindler Family Halloween Light Show – October 18th thru October 31st 2019 – Drive by and enjoy the Halloween Decorations and lights set to music.
Sweet Eats Fruit Farm Fall Fest 2019 – Weekends from September 22nd through November 4th. They will have lots of fun farm activities: pony rides, petting zoo, hay maze, bouncy pad, face painting and obstacle course. The Fall Festival will include a large pumpkin patch, many Fall photo opportunities, hay rides, live music, local food truck and adult beverages. Plus lots of new activities for 2019.
Spirit Halloween Store 2019 – You’ll find all kinds of spooky Halloween decor, costumes and accessories at Spirit Halloween in Georgetown this season! Located at the 900 N. Austin Avenue #109.
Haunted House “Lost in the Woods” – November 1st & 2nd 2019. 6:30 to 11pm – East View High School Theatre Department’s Haunted House “Lost in the Woods” is for those who cannot get enough of Halloween! This haunted house is based around a haunted forest and the lost souls that reside within it! Dare to enter ONLY if you like a whole lot of spookiness!!!
Peter and the Starcatcher – Thursday thru Saturday, October 24-26, 2019 – The Character Co. of East View High School presents Peter and the Starcatcher, the Tony-award winning play, based on the best-selling novels, upends the century-old story of how a miserable orphan boy becomes the legendary Peter Pan. Boo n Brew at Wolf Ranch Town Center – Saturday, October 26th, 2019 – Treats include beer sampling for the adults; and root beer for the kiddos. Adult costume contest, fun Halloween arts & crafts and vendor booth trick or treating!
Boo Bash on the Georgetown Square – Sunday, October 27th, 2019. Boo Bash on the Georgetown Square! It’s time to bring your little witches and goblins to Downtown Georgetown for some trunk or treating this Halloween! Plus a dog costume contest.
Downtown Georgetown Ghost Tours – Fridays and Saturdays October 11th & 12th, and 25th & 26th, 2019. Ready for some scary Halloween fun? You won’t want to miss the Downtown Georgetown Ghost Tours!!! Hosted by the Williamson Museum; featuring true stores of haunted historic buildings on the Georgetown Square and strange occurrences that really happen here!!! Get tickets early, space is limited.
Georgetown Halloween Festival – Thursday, October 24th, 2019. Join the fun with activities like the Trick-Or-Treat Village, Costume Contest, Pumpkin Painting & Carnival. Everybody is sure to have a spooky, memorable time!
Nightmare on Jail Hill Haunted House – Fridays and Saturdays October 18th, 19th, 25th and 26th, 2019. Gather your friends and get on over to Nightmare on Jail Hill Haunted House. Featured on Ghost Hunters TV show and rumored to be haunted. If you’re looking for a scary haunted house, this is it!
Boo Run – Sunday, October 27th, 2019. The 11th Annual Exceptional Georgetown Alliance Boo Run takes place this year in beautiful San Gabriel Park in the heart of Georgetown, Texas. Both the chip-timed 5K race and 1 mile family fun run meander along the scenic San Gabriel River.
Father Daughter Dance Halloween Costume Ball – Saturday, October 26th, 2019 – Daughters 4 years or older are invited to attend with their father or another acceptable escort. The theme is Halloween Costume Ball, and attendees are encouraged to wear a costume.
Tippet Middle School Fall Festival – Friday October 25th, 2019. 6 to 8pm. Admission is free and the festivities will include Games & Glow Party, Food, Photo Booth, Haunted House, Trunk or Treat, Face painting, Costume contest, Zombie painting, Dunking Booth, Pie a Teacher/Staff and a lot more. Tickets are $0.50 each. Learn how your local business can participate in the Trunk or Treat.
Mel’s Lone Star Lanes Trunk or Treat – Sunday October 27th, 2019. 5 to 7pm. Candy Arcade and Costume Contest, Mel’s Kid’s Club Bowl 2 free games, Costume Contests for all ages. If you would like to HOST a trunk, please email Mel to sign up at Mel@melslonestarlanes.com.
All Care Therapies Carnival – Saturday October 26th, 2019. 10am-12pm. We will have fun games, sweets & treats, bounce house, and the chance to win $25,000! BB’s Boo Bash at Rivery Courtyard – Saturday October 26th, 2019. 8pm to midnight. The festivities include Costume Contest, DJ and Dancing, Drink Specials-Cash Bar, Special Free Appetizers, Drink Giveaways, 1824 Tequila Tasting, and a Haunting Good Time. The location is 1500 Rivery Blvd.
Georgetown Harvest Fest Hosted by St. John’s United Methodist Church – Saturday, October 5th, 2019. Bring the whole family and come enjoy the festivities including Turkey Dinner, Silent Auction, Swedish Bake Sale, Kids Activities, Crafts Sale and more. Event will be held at the Community Center in San Gabriel Park.
Clayman Rodeo – Saturday, October 5th, 2019. Attention Rodeo Fans! Bring the whole family and enjoy Team Roping, Pole Bending, Barrel Racing, Calf Roping, Clowns, freebies and a full concession stand.
Hay Day at Garey Park – Saturday, October 12th, 2019 – Celebrate fall at Garey Park. Our inaugural Hay Day will feature family-friendly activities, a hayride, pumpkin patch and more. Garey Park entry fees are required, and most activities will include a fee.
Family Fun Day in the Pumpkin Patch – Monday October 14th 2019. Come to San Gabriel Presbyterian Church for free activities including Hayrides, Face Painting, Storytime, Horse Rides, Archery, Pumpkin Painting and much more! Selling fresh pumpkins of all sizes fresh from the Navajo Reservation.
Fall Festival at St. Helen Catholic Church – Sunday October 20th, 2019. Food, Music, Games and Fun. Have fun all day from 10am to 5pm. Festivities include concessions, bingo, silent auction, kids inflatables, stick on tattoos, games, fish pond, baseball, train, and a whole lot more.
