ABOUT THE POSITION
Eagles Wings Home Improvement Elite Cleaning Services is looking for a qualified Cleaning Operations Manager to join our growing team. Our service market includes single family homes, multifamily units, offices and event spaces. We currently have a small but very loyal group of customers. We intend to grow that number exponentially, while maintaining that loyalty and the highest level of customer satisfaction. The Cleaning Operations Manager will report directly to the President and will have significant growth potential within the company.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Directly supervise and develop all EWHIS Elite Cleaning Service team members
- Assign work, monitor activities, track performance and fill in when required to complete assignments in a timely manner
- Oversee day-to-day operations and set policies and processes
- Improve the operational systems, processes and policies to better service our existing accounts
- Establish and enforce high expectations for cleanliness and ensure all job assignments are completed to provide utmost client satisfaction while conforming to EWHIS Elite Cleaning Services standards on a daily basis
- Ensure the cleaning team is adequately trained and has the tools and equipment to carry out their duties
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels and provide weekly inventory reporting
- Promote a collaborative work environment and high-quality service through daily communication with your team and supervisor
- Promptly respond to client complaints and report them through the proper channels in a timely manner
- Maintain adequate staffing levels required to complete all assigned tasks and be responsible for the accurate and reasonable scheduling of cleaning team members.
- Assist in other duties as required by supervisor

REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Valid Texas Driver’s License, proof of insurance and reliable vehicle for transportation
- High school Diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of residential/commercial cleaning experience
- 2 years of management or supervisory position
- Drug/Background Check: All offers of employment may be subject to receipt of a background check report and/or drug screen
