TheraWave has expanded their office space to included a dedicated pet suite!
Located at 1616 Williams Drive, the company specializes in helping people through Pulsed Electromagnetic Fields, or PEMF for short, by using a wellness device to reduce inflammation and increase oxygenation to the cells.
βAs a result of that process, people have less pain, they have more energy, in general, they feel much better,β Cheri Freeman, Certified PEMF Practitioner, told Hello Georgetown.
TheraWave has offered this service to humans and pets alike since the beginning, but recently decided to expand to include a new space specifically for pets.

βI found that it would be more beneficial to have a separate space for the pet,β Freeman said. βSo, I have a little bit more room for the pet, to get get down on the floor with them, and mom and dad, if they want to get down on the floor with them, thereβll be plenty of room for that, and just kind of keep it separate from the human sideβ¦the second space is going to be more pet friendly.β
Freeman said she is excited to continue bringing relief and wellness to all her clients, especially her four-legged ones.
βIt helps the animals feel better with less pain, and literally more energy which happens right before my eyes,β Freeman said. βItβs pretty amazing.β
To celebrate the grand opening of the pet suite, Freeman is offering a Pet Starter Pack (3 sessions) for $95 through the month of June.
