Zone C is planned for general office, data center, integrated office center, medical or dental office, blood or plasma center, diagnostic center, home health care center, medical or dental office, medical or dental clinic, medical complex, post-surgery recovery center, surgery center, urgent care center, hospital, dry cleaning serve/drop off only, fitness indoor center,
