Meet Bedisa and Nox, two wonderful pets available for adoption at the Georgetown Animal Shelter.
Bedisa is a 10-year-old female cat weighing just 5 pounds. With her striking golden eyes and her name meaning “fate” in Georgian, sheβs a gentle and refined lady with a touch of sass. While she may be selective with her friendships, once she warms up, Bedisa loves cuddles and attention. She is ready to spend her golden years with a family who will give her the love and patience she deserves.
Nox, a 2-year-old male dog, weighs 70 pounds and is known for his calm demeanor and good behavior. His volunteers use him as a model dog when training new recruits, and he may get along well with other dogs. Nox is always ready for a walk or a play session, and at just two years old, he has a lifetime of loyalty and affection to offer.
Both animals are available for adoption at the Georgetown Animal Shelter, open daily from noon to 6 p.m. Visit them at 1855 SE Inner Loop in Georgetown.
