The Williamson County Regional Animal Shelter 11th Annual Fur Ball is going virtual this year.
“Don’t miss our 11th Anniversary of this Life Saving celebration, this year virtually,” the shelter said on the Facebook event page. “All ticket purchases & sponsorship packages will receive a link to the LIVE virtual event. Join us for food, cocktails, fun & games, special guests, a trip down memory lane as we celebrate some of the amazing accomplishments from Fur Balls past, and of course our silent & live auctions, all to continue to benefit the homeless pets of the WCRAS jurisdiction thanks to YOU!”

All ticket holders will receive a “Pawty In A Box,” which will contain “dinner, cocktails, enough fun for two per ‘box,’ plus more fun to be had for you and your pets, and of course a link to our Live event,” according to the Facebook event.
Special guests will include Champ, along with his devoted person Officer John Schultz, former shelter director Cheryl Schneider, NewsPAWster Kaxan, with his devoted weatherman Jim Spencer and trainer extraordinaire Edward Flores.
The funds raised from each annual ball go toward helping the Williamson County Regional Animal Shelter give care to homeless pets in the area.
“Your ticket purchases, bids on our silent and live auction items, and donations have improved the lives of the animals in our care, year by year,” the Williamson County Regional Animal Shelter said on the event website. “We hope that you enjoy this virtual Fur Ball as much as you have enjoyed the live events, and we thank every one of you for being such an amazing source of support. We can’t wait to see you all in person in 2021!”
Tickets and sponsorships can be purchased here. The event is scheduled for November 7th at 7 p.m.
