“Wolf Crossing, a 250,000-square-foot retail center, will break ground on Oct. 2 in Georgetown. The project on Interstate 35 at University Avenue includes restaurants, medical facilities, neighborhood services, a hotel, and a grocery store.

“The retail center will be developed by CSW Development with leasing by JLL, and is now open. Retailers anticipated at Wolf Crossing include Marriott Fairfield Inn and Suites, Verizon, P. Terry’s, Jason’s Deli, Tiff’s Treats, First Watch café, and Salons by JC.
