4/22/20 Update – Things are different these days at Wolf Crossing, but there’s still construction going on and progress for a few coming businesses.
When we were there yesterday we found that several coming businesses now have new signs. The Ulti Mattress Store already has stock in it, and the sign says they are open but the door was locked during the day.
There’s also a notation on the Developer’s Brochure for Blink Fitness.
Here are some new pics we took yesterday for you. Tap any image for a larger view.
2/26/20 – There have been several big changes to the Businesses Coming to Wolf Crossing since our last update!
The major changes are…
1. Gold’s Gym and Palmera’s Tex-Mex are no longer on the Developer’s Brochure for the center.
2. And we have some new additions to the proposed line-up. They include:
–Summer Moon Coffee in the large building nearest the corner along IH-35.
–Blink Fitness in the former location of Gold’s Gym. There’s no building yet, but the location is between the center with Jimmy John’s and the Goodwill.
–HOTWORX (a fusion of heat, infrared and isometrics) will be located in the large building in the back of the center with The Yard Milkshake Bar and Austin Regional Clinic.
-The location at the back of the center that was formerly considered for Palmera’s is still being built, but we don’t have any word on what businesses to expect in that location.
-Charles Schwab has been added, in the building with First Watch and Verizon along IH-35.
3. Also, since our last posting more businesses have opened; Austin Regional Clinic and Firestone.
4. Mahana Fresh and P. Terry’s are expected to open in March.

Stein Mart would be great and Belks’s awesome. In other words, more shopping stores
I heard there is new development across from Wolf Ranch on 29 that is going to have an Academy, 5 Below and a new Gym. Do you guys have any info on that one?
Hi Anthony, we haven’t heard about that? Can you tell us where you heard it?
Some of these are shown in the brochure. Party City, Five Below, and Academy…
What happened to Olive Garden? I thought they were coming.
Hi Susan, we don’t have anything about that yet, hope so too. Thanks for reading.
Please bring:
Bed Bath and Beyond
Barnes and Noble
Stein Mart would be wonderful. All we ever seem to get is fast food stores!!!
Why do we need Georgetown to become another Round Rock?
Amen!
Any news on the Bluebonnet Plaza as indicated in the Wolf Crossing brochure? This was all I could find online. Looks like the plan is push out Georgetown Feed Store. 🙁 https://res.cloudinary.com/cslistings/image/upload/t_cs_attachment/v1/s3/cdx.xceligent.com/Attachments/759/8177759
But upside… Academy.
Hi Jeremy,
No we haven’t heard anymore about this yet. Thanks for the heads-up! And thanks for reading too. ~Anne
How about Trader Joes, Eistein Bagels, and an Aldi?
I second the Trader Joe’s… we REALLY need one here!
Fuzzy Taco, Is very Good!!
The problem with all this growth is now they are going to do construction on the over passes and mess them up. What every you do Georgetown don’t turn the overpass like the one at 1431 and 35th. It is a mess and only causes delays.
I second that! That intersection DID NOT solve any congestion issues! Not to mention the confusion it causes!
How about smoothie king and tourchys
Hi Nikki, Smoothie King will be opening soon in Wolf Ranch where the Firehouse Subs used to be. We don’t have any info about Torchy’s Tacos. Thanks for reading. -Anne
i would LOVELOVELOVE to see a Fresh Market come to town. They’ve pulled out of Texas because of Whole Foods and HEB, but one of the better markets I’ve been in.
What happened to Olive Garden?
Hi Sara, they just put up the sign today…here’s our update https://hellogeorgetown.com/olive-garden-georgetown-tx/. Thanks for reading! ~Anne
Enough fast foods. How about some quality shops? I don’t see any clothing shops listed.
Yeah! Anthropology, Whole Earth Provisions!
Food: how about some actual healthy food options that aren’t terrible chains!?! Local foods?
Plz bring a Dunkin Donuts, Bill Miller, Home Goods and a Trader Joe’s to GeorgeTown.
What is being built next to Academy and beyond?
Hi Bunny, Grand Living is the large development just west of Academy. https://hellogeorgetown.com/grand-living-at-georgetown-texas/. Thanks for reading! ~Anne
“…location is between the center with Jimmy John’s and the Goodwill.”
Did you mean to say Jersey Mike’s instead of Jimmy John’s?
Hey Dru! Thanks for the comment and for reading! There is an open plot of land behind Goodwill and Jimmy John’s (in the Copper Oaks shopping center). Jersey Mike’s is across from the Goodwill in the shopping center that is already completed.
